Configuration Options Available
We offer 3 architecturally designed layout options, all of which can be built in a variety of internal styles consisting of modern, retro and industrial design finishes. Double unit options, as per the display village, can also be accommodated.
Our shipping container homes are versatile and come equipped with all fixtures and fittings including double glazed windows, closed cell insulation, split system air conditioning. The units are predominantly manufactured in our construction yard and able to be road transported Australia-wide without requiring wide-load documentation or special permits.
When delivered, the homes can be set up on site with minimal fuss and are ready to ‘plug-in’ to services such as electricity, gas, water & sewerage.
We build using new (one tripper) ‘high cube’ 40ft (12.2m) shipping containers, effectively providing double the amount of living space compared with that on offer in a standard 20ft shipping container, and as ‘high cube’ containers add another 1ft (30.5cm), you benefit from even greater and more efficient use of the space available.
